Today is the day! I am finally over a 2-week-long cold that made me question if I would ever feel normal again—AND OUR CYCLE SYNCING GUIDE IS LIVE!!! Both worth celebrating.

We have a habit of working on something until it’s 99% done, then suddenly deciding it’s trash and abandoning it completely—but not this time. And fittingly, through all our research, we learned the menstrual cycle is exactly like the creative process. So would you look at that… we finally made it through the late luteal ‘burn it all down’ phase— and here we are, full circle.
Something else we weren’t taught
There are 13 full moons a year and a woman’s menstrual cycle follows a 28-day rhythm, perfectly mirroring the moon’s orbit around Earth. Ancient civilizations honored lunar cycles, recognizing how the body, nature, and time flowed in sync.
And yet—we live by a calendar that forces everything into 12 months instead of 13. Someone really needs to be on trial for this. Turns out it’s Pope Gregory XIII who created our current calendar for tax purposes and clearly couldn’t do 365 ÷ 13!! To be fair, he couldn’t use his phone because it was 1582 but still…I used to know long division!! News flash, it comes out to 28. If we’d stuck with the lunar cycle, there would’ve been no need for randomly assigned days in each month and that ridiculous song to remember them by.
Also, our concept of time would have been aligned with our body’s natural rhythms—especially women’s—and that was clearly a no-go. They even went so far as to deem 13 an evil number, but more on that another day.
The point I’m making is that we were meant to live with our cycles as our guides. Being forced to abandon this has left us disconnected from our bodies and the world around us. But the good news is, we can reclaim that connection.
Cycle syncing helps us align our nutrition, movement, and lifestyle with each phase of our hormonal pattern—honoring our body’s natural blueprint instead of forcing it into rigid, outdated systems. When we live in harmony with our internal calendar, we unlock energy, magnetism, abundance, and overall well-being.
